Terms and Conditions


By checking the box "I agree with the Terms and Conditions", you are agreeing to the terms and conditions listed below that govern the use of the ‘Party Package” and the party room. If you disagree with any of these terms and conditions, you are unable to purchase the “Party Package:” 

  1. A full payment and a signed Party Terms & Conditions Agreement are required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The party reservation may be cancelled within 24 hours of booking for a refund minus a 3% processing fee. After the first 24 hours, all payments are non-refundable. Any change requests must be submitted at least 5 days prior to the scheduled party date and are subject to a $50 administrative fee and availability.

  2. Everyone participating in the party must sign the Liability and Waiver Form.
  3. If the number of children or guests exceeds the included admission, there is a $14.99 + tax fee per additional child under 52 inches and $6 + tax per additional adult guest. (Mini Party includes 7 children and 10 adults; Deluxe Party includes 13 children and 20 adults.) Additional guests will be charged at the end of the party. The total maximum guest count is 50 guests for a Deluxe Party and 25 guests for a Mini Party (adults and children combined). Parties exceeding their maximum guest count will incur an additional $50 fee per 10 guests over the limit. Children over the height limit will count as adult guests and will not be permitted to play in the facility. Infants 12 months or younger are free.

  4. You and your guests have one hour and forty-five minutes from the reserved start time to use the party room exclusively. Children under 52 inches are welcome to play in the facility during the reserved time. An additional one hour of free playtime is included after the party. For Sunday parties at 5:00 PM and Mini Parties at 5:30 PM, the playtime is one hour before the reserved time.

  5. Absolutely no alcohol, marijuana, or drugs of any kind are permitted within the facility. Outside food and drinks are allowed, but Safari does not provide catering. Plates, plastic utensils, napkins, and a lighter are provided.

  6. The party room may include access to a TV, refrigerator, and microwave. The TV must only display family-friendly content such as music, shows, or movies. Blinds must remain open during the reserved party time.

  7. All participants must sign the waiver and abide by all Safari play rules. Failure to do so may result in expulsion from the facility and early termination of the event without refund. Safari play rules are posted and detailed in the store.

  8. Taped decorations are permitted in the party room. However, pins, drilling, hammering, confetti, piñatas, or similar items are strictly prohibited.

  9. Any damage to equipment or the facility, inside or outside of the party room, will result in a replacement or repair charge.

  10. Please arrive on time, as schedules and accommodations are arranged specifically for your reserved party time. Extensions may be requested in advance and are subject to availability and additional fees. Party time, party room, and all other services and products offered by Safari are considered final upon signing these Terms and Conditions. The reserved party time cannot be changed, delayed, or extended on the day of your party for any reason.

  11. No Safari employee has the authority to make promises or representations unless they are written in this Agreement and approved by an authorized Safari representative.
